Galaxy S7 with its Snapdragon 820

Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 820 would eventually be used on half the units of Galaxy S7, alternating with the Exynos 8890 processor that Samsung would obviously difficult to mass produce.

Read: all the latest information on the Galaxy S7

Galaxy Snapdragon S7 820

galaxy S7 processor snapdragon 820

If last month, it said that the Snapdragon 820 version of the Galaxy S7 would be distributed exclusively in the USA and China, Samsung could eventually expand to other markets. After only used his own Soc with the Galaxy S6 and its variants, next year, the Korean should use both his and Qualcomm and above all equally. Two processors that will anyway be engraved in 14 nanometers by the Korean itself.

New information that changes slightly since the previous provides, for the moment, it is not yet clear which model will be marketed in Europe. We will not be surprised if Samsung decides to market the version Snapdragon 820 in the US since its modem is compatible with all 4G frequencies used by US operators. However, the source also confirms that, like the Soc Qualcomm, the Exynos 8890 will offer a 4G modem Class 12 is a flow rate of 600 Mbps.

In this case, moreover, why choose two different processors? Well, simply because the performance of the Exynos 8890 with mass production has just started would not be enough. Probably the reason why the Korean have decided to adopt a 50/50 ratio for both versions, as he did also to Galaxy Note 4.

The release date of Samsung Galaxy S7 seems planned for the month of February with an official announcement which is expected in January. A schedule change to stay ahead of competitors, mostly, enjoy the MWC 2016 to announce their new flagships.

Nexus 5X vs Galaxy S6 Camera, LG G4 Camera and iPhone 6S Camera: who makes the best photos

The Nexus 5X today confronts three of its competitors who are none other than the Galaxy S6, the iPhone 6S and the LG G4. Who makes the best picture of the day and night?

Unlike LG G4 and Galaxy S6, Nexus 5X does not offer OIS optical stabilization, however, its 12.3 megapixel image sensor offers large photosites of 1.55 microns which allow it to capture more light, all accompanied by a dual LED flash and a laser autofocus.

nexus-5X Camera
Test photo nexus 5X
For its part, the Galaxy S6 Camera outfit a 16 megapixel photo sensor aperture f / 1.9 with OIS optical stabilization. The LG G4 Camera features a 16 megapixel photo sensor aperture f / 1.8 with OIS optical and laser stabilization and autofocus, the iPhone 6S Camera of 12 megapixel photo sensor aperture f / 2.2 with dual LED flash. According DxOMark, the photo sensor of the iPhone 6S is below that offer its Android competitors. We will now be able to do our own idea.

Indoors, where the light is good, all four sensors offers good performance. We notice some differences but nothing really alarming, the quality is there for all of them. Outside, the Nexus 5X the photo sensor stands out by offering brighter colors. At night, things get a little complicated. The LG G4 sometimes tends to overexpose is particularly visible in the latest picture. More generally, his three rivals are doing better in low light while it is he who is supposed to offer the best opening.

Macro, Nexus 5X really shows its potential. Ditto for the Galaxy S6 which remains one of the best in the market, although since the photo sensor of the Sony Xperia Z5 passed him on DxOMark. The iPhone 6S is struggling but still offers a correct result, even if the level of detail offered is not up to its competitors.

First test of Google Nexus 5X: we take the same and start again?

I do not know about you but when I discovered the Nexus 5X for the first time I had such a sense of Already Seen. The new opus Nexus, manufactured by LG, recalls indeed at any point his predecessor. A sort copy, clone the first Nexus 5. But do not worry, it was my first impression. So I took out the phone in hand after his announcement in San Francisco. Is the new Google smartphone stamped worthy successor to the Nexus 5? Here is my answer.

Updated: orders for the Nexus 5X open since this morning. The first deliveries will begin on 9 November.

Google Nexus 5X - Release date and price

The new Nexus 5X is available from 527 Dollar for the 16GB version and 582 Dollars for the 32GB version. Pre-orders are possible from November 2 with a delivery date scheduled for November 9. All people pre-order the phone before November 8 will receive a free Chromecast.

The Nexus 5X is available in three different colors: Carbon, Quartz, and Ice Blue.

Google Nexus 5X - Design and finishing

Just a quick glance to realize that the Nexus 5X is a Google Product smartphone. It's not only the inscription "Nexus" in large on the back of the mobile which gives that impression but the characteristics of the mobile forms. We find indeed in its grip same sensation original Nexus 5 with its curved edges, which makes it more ergonomic and less slippery smartphone.

The same feeling of familiarity is present with the plastic design of the rear facade of the Nexus 5X, which hosts this time a fingerprint reader and a more prominent camera.

Personally, I do not find very attractive black edges around the screen. They are very thin and seem to occupy space unnecessarily. It's disappointing because the smartphone could have been smaller.
Google Nexus 5X - Design and finishing
The design of the Nexus 5X is classic

With its 5.2-inch screen, the Nexus 5X is positioned as a competitor upscale compact smartphones but its design makes it slightly bigger than smartphones offering the same screen size. Pity. However, despite its larger dimensions (147 x 72.6 x 7.9 mm) to the Nexus 5, the phone thinner.

Google Nexus 5X
Nexus 5X is a compact smartphone with a 5.2 inch screen

Despite these criticisms, power and volume buttons are placed on the right side and are easily accessible with the thumb, just like the fingerprint reader on the back. The latter is functional and can be used without problems. Although obviamente, it can be used to unlock the smartphone. Its use is also very convenient.

As for the assembly of the Nexus 5X, he is impeccable but is however not at the level of the most high-end smartphones like the Nexus 6P, true high-end Mountain View. The Nexus 5X is more aimed at people looking for a classic smartphone and can be customized easily. It would have been surprising that both Nexus launched this year also similar.

Google Nexus 5X - Screen

With the Nexus 5X, Google and LG did not want to propose yielded too smartphone. The phone thus offers an IPS LCD Full-HD 5.2 inch (423 dpi). He is also wearing a protective glass Gorilla Glass 3. On the art, glass has a 40% chance to ignore the shock impact to ~ one meter in height. It is regrettable that this is not a Gorilla Glass 4 that is offered on the Nexus 5X.

While some will be disappointed not to see the QHD on the Nexus 5X, this Full HD resolution is more than enough to offer a very decent image quality. It also has the advantage of consuming far less resources than Quad-HD and therefore offer greater autonomy.
Edges of the screen of the Nexus 5P
The edges of the screen of the Nexus 5P have benefited from being thinner.

The design of the Nexus 5X that the screen never touches the media when the smartphone is placed on a table. The edges of the screen are slightly raised effect. This certainly can effectively protect the screen from scratches and bad shots but it's really not very nice aesthetically.

Otherwise, the screen is generally good. Nexus 5X brightness is sufficient. The colors are true to life and the viewing angles are very stable. But honestly, these are the things that we were right to expect for a Nexus phone.

Google Nexus 5X - Software Interface

The Nexus 5X, with the Nexus 6P, is the first smartphone in the world to offer Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the latest version of the mobile OS from Google. So you can enjoy before everyone novelties Marshmallow: applications permissions management, the introduction of a menu dedicated to the management of RAM, fast customization parameters of the status bar, the return of vertical scrolling in the drawer of apps, "Now on Tap" ...

It is also the advantage of having stock Android, the purest and most faithful of our preferred system release. It is the advantage of not having a whole lot of preinstalled applications that you can not delete. Google can even uninstall the ones you do not want.
Nexus 5X app
Google now lets you uninstall its applications.

The Nexus 5P also includes a fingerprint reader, a first for the Nexus range. Marshmallow Android is now compatible and offers more features, like to pay with its Android smartphone via Pay.
Sensor adjustment is in seconds, the detection time when placing the finger should be only 600 milliseconds. Anyway, the release process was very quick although I would not say he was not faster than the OnePlus 2, the Huawei Mate S or Honor 7.

Another feature that deserves mention, and which will surely attract the media's attention in the coming days, is the feature on Tap Now, the new generation of intelligent wizard Google.

Google Nexus 5X - Performances

It is difficult to talk about performance when the smartphone was held only ten minutes in his hands. At this stage, I would describe the new Nexus as commonplace. The experience was fluid. Switching between applications is made naturally and scrolling application drawer encountered no lag.

Unfortunately I was not able to play complex games to test its graphics capabilities and strength. Further testing will be needed to definitively judge the beast.
Google Nexus 5X - Performances
In profile, the Nexus 5X much like its predecessor.

For those who want to know what the Nexus 5X hides under its hood, know that it features a Snapdragon 808 processor with 2GB of RAM LPPDR3. As for the graphics chip is the same Adreno 418 that the LG G4 that goes up 155.5 GFlops. Good enough for every turn.

Google Nexus 5X - Camera

Let's face it. Nexus devices are not traditionally known for the quality of their photos. We do not know what the reason, but Google does not seem to lose much time and resources on developing performance sensors. LG has yet revealed in 2015 one of the best camera phones on the market with the LG G4 and expectations were quite high for the Nexus 5X.

Unfortunately, we are not satisfied and the Nexus 5X camera seems to have inspired the philosophy of HTC and its race megapixels. The back camera of the Nexus 5X is a 12.3 megapixel f / 2.0 can record video in Ultra-HD / 4K at 30 fps and 300 fps in 720p HD. It is accompanied by a laser autofocus which improves the speed of development when taking pictures and videos.

Alas, the Nexus 5X does not offer optical image stabilization. Google believes that the phone is able to compensate this lack with fast laser autofocus. The problem is that the promise is not required, especially in low light conditions. Taking pictures is done by hand very quickly. A more thorough test we will confirm (or not).
Nexus 5X camera
A 12.3-megapixel sensor for the Nexus but no 5X optical image stabilizer.

To the front, we are before a front sensor of 5 megapixels, whose opening is f / 2.2 and 1.4μm pixels. A cut above the 2013 model.

We look forward to receiving the smartphone in the office to be able to test all the performance and take more pictures in different lighting conditions.

Google Nexus 5X - Autonomy

We arrived at the wound all the Nexus range, the Achilles heel of Google: the battery. The first Nexus 5, like its predecessor, the Nexus 4, we were hugely disappointed on that part.

Fortunately, Google and LG have sent their newborn for review to enable it to gain a swift endurance. Thus we have to deal with a 2700 mAh battery for the Nexus 5X. In short, it is 400 mAh more and difference to the battery of Nexus stopped in May 2013 to 2300 mAh but it is not exceptional. Today, there are indeed many smartphones, some of which are more affordable than the Nexus 5X, which offer much larger batteries. I am thinking here in Honor 6, Honor 7, Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3.

However, it is important to remember that the version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow improves standby particular. The Nexus also has a 5X perfect optimization between its hardware part and software part. What ultimately expect good results.

Nexus 5X battery is unfortunately not removable.

During our grip, it was unfortunately not possible to test the autonomy of Nexus 5X. We hope to soon test its strength when we have the smartphone in the office.

First verdict of the Nexus X

How to judge the Nexus 5 after a first grip? I would say that the smartphone is discreet. He is a younger clone of the first Nexus 5. Moreover, it is in these terms that Google introduced the smartphone speaking rejuvenation.

Aesthetic differences are not very numerous, or almost absent. But that's not necessarily bad. The Nexus 5X than its predecessor on two points: the battery and the camera. In both areas, there is hope, but only a detailed test of the Nexus 5X will be able to provide more information.

The price however for Europe calls me and tells me that competition will be fierce for the Nexus 5X. He will face cheaper phones like the Honor 7 or OnePlus 2. competition as the Nexus 5 was not in 2013.

Personally, I'm not too hard on the Nexus 5X because I like to benefit from the latest version of Android 6.0 Marsmallow in its purest experience. Lovers of the Nexus 5 will also find their account with this new generation, even if the price is increasing.

5 reasons to buy the Google Nexus 5 2015 upon its release

According to our latest information, the Nexus 5 (2015) should be well developed by LG in partnership with Google. Although no announcement has been disclosed, we believe this new terminal will be a great surprise to the end of 2015. The new Nexus could even be probably the best smartphone this year end. Here are 5 reasons why you want to own the Google Nexus 5, 2015.

1. Nexus 5: A very attractive price

The success of the Nexus 5 is undoubtedly attributed to its value. Indeed, for an introductory price set at 349 euros for the basic model, it was about two times cheaper than its competitors.
nexus-5-hero-image
The Nexus 5 (2015) there will be the long-awaited by the community?
Moreover, it is interesting to note that the Nexus 5 has not seen its price decline over the years. This fact is extremely rare in the mobile world (except for the Apple iPhone) and proves that Google managed to find the right price for their device because it is no longer produced.

LG is once again in command of the Nexus project, there is a good chance that the Nexus 5 (2015) benefits from the same advantages as its predecessor.

2. Nexus 5 (2015): Stock Android

This may seem obvious, but one of the main reasons to buy a Nexus whatever is its stripped of all artifice software. A refined version of Android without unnecessary applications, fast and efficient. The new Nexus phone coming out will be equipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. What advantage first of the latest Android update.
nexus-6-android-m-apps
The new version of Android will be available at the launch of the new Nexus 5 (2015).
The advantage of such a version of Android lies mainly in the fact that your device is always one of the first to be updated! Bug fixes, performance improvements or redesign, it is the best Android experience available currently.

3. Nexus 5 (2015) A dream size

You may worry a Nexus 5 (2015) even larger than the Nexus 6, fashionable phablettes. Rest assured, LG is not a brand that values whenever perforce the huge screens of current smartphones. They moreover reduces the size of G Flex 2 of 6 to 5.5 inches because for them, this size was impractical. We all agree on that!

The first rumors we also confirm this impression because it would issue a 5.2-inch display for the LG model.
nexus-5-nexus-6-size
Latest Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 compared.
But why is this factor so important? The size of a smartphone directly influences who will buy this device. We talked to many people and one of the reasons most frequently, it is the size of the screen. Some like it small and another larger depending on the type of use in everyday life. I personally loved the long series of Note and the Oneplus One but in the end I now uses a Z3 compact that delights my pockets.

4. Nexus 5 (2015): Ultra-fast charging time

Although we have little hope of seeing the Nexus 5 (2015) to develop a high performance battery, rumors makes us think that it could get away well. Frankly, any current smartphone can boast of its autonomy? No real improvement is noted for at least a decade.

Saving energy is evolving and current processors are less greedy. And even if the next Nexus will not be equipped with a huge battery, it should load very quickly thanks to Qualcomm Quick-Charge 2.0. Overview on the LG G4, this function will undoubtedly privilege the Nexus 5 (2015).

Android M play an important role in your battery.
Android Marshmallow will be present on the Nexus future and according to Google, Android M is optimized for your battery. For example, it speaks of an increase of 50 per cent of the autonomy of the Nexus 5. We are anxious to see if this is the case!

5. LG: Life's Good

The buttons on the back of the latest LG smartphones are a matter of taste. For my part, I have always appreciated the ergonomics and comfort they bring. Again, this opinion is very divided and many other critics had gone up against LG.
nexus-5-nexus-6-camera
What good news if LG does the next Nexus!
Should we expect a similar design for the next generation Nexus 5 (2015)? Absolutely not, only time will tell. Personally and as many other publishers, we firmly believe it.

The Nexus 5 smartphone class was really a relatively efficient and very affordable. LG is serious and if they produce the new Nexus, we are very confident about the success of it.

Conclusion: Nexus 5 (2015)

The popularity of the Nexus 6 has not reached that of its little brother the Nexus 5. Google understands this and wants to give back the keys of the LG Nexus. We hope that the gigantic slot machine will have listened to the community and are very confident for the Nexus 5 (2015).

Do not expect the most powerful or the most surprising appliance market, but rather a beautiful object, simple and inexpensive offering stock Android experience. Is not the first goal of the Nexus?

Comparative test: Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs iPhone 6 plus

At the request of several readers, today we decide to draw up a first technical comparison between the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Apple iPhone 6 Plus. Two iconic 2015 smartphones that start slowly, but surely be talked about in the world of mobility.

Curious to know more, many users who annually size up the good from the bad from one system to another. Overall, it is iOS to Android and vice versa, seeing that the two systems have close similarities and, while maintaining their own identity. Argument that is as true for the hardware than software. So Galaxy S6 Edge+ or iPhone 6 Plus? Let's see it together.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs iPhone 6 Plus: Design and finishing

Starting with the design, no squirming hundred and seven years since we are dealing with real products "premium" in every sense of the word, then just under 6 Plus for the iPhone (which Apple could have been more generous with the data sheet). Anyway, no use denying that the manufacturer at the apple is considered the nemesis of Google, with iPhone that make the eye to many. Not to be confused with all users. Myself, I must admit that I have had views of the iPhone 6 and I even owned a 3G iPhone for a while, and it also allowed me to discover in the middle of the mobile more seams.
Galaxy S6 Edge vs iPhone 6 plus
Here is the Apple iPhone 6 Plus sitting alongside the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+
As we are alluded in the previous paragraph, we meet two terminals upscale, the design has built of glass and metal. Looking at the design of the Galaxy line of 2015, we get the impression that Samsung has pumped over the neighbor's card by adopting a metal frame and a glass back and front, where Apple has renewed its design in 2015 by returning to its roots with an all-metal design. Although I am not a fan of phablettes, I had the chance to take control of the iPhone 6 Plus several times already. On the finality of things, I have to admit it's still pretty much a beautiful finished product.
s6 edge plus vs iphone 6 plus usb
Would you find out where the iPhone 6 Plus and Galaxy S6 Edge+ in this photo?
In contrast, the design of the Galaxy S6 Edge+  does not change the S6 edge, except that it is slightly larger. By cons, it is smaller than an iPhone 6 Plus. If you thought it was a joke, here are the dimensions of the two products:

    Galaxy S6 Edge+: 154.4 (length) x 75.8 (width) x 6.9 mm (thickness)
    iPhone 6 Plus: 158.1 (length) x 77.8 (width) x 7.1 mm (thickness)

samsung-galaxy-s6-edge-plus-vs-iphone-6-plus-side-2
With its curved screens, it seems that the Galaxy S6 Edge+ (above) is thinner than the iPhone 6 Plus. It's true and it plays little. The dimensions of the two devices are shown above.
Good news, Samsung overtakes Apple and exceeds the thickness of the plan. Result games, iPhone 6 Plus is thicker than the Galaxy S6 Edge+. For comparison, there is about 0.2 mm difference. Is nothing.

Yet taken over recently during a holiday in Paris, the quality of the iPhone 6 plus screen is more than adequate. In all sincerity, I do not say that the Quad-HD screens are useless, but they are big eaters who need a battery and an optimization that hold water. For iPhone 6 Plus, the firm at the apple has resigned in selecting a full-HD screen and that's enough. Okay, it is true that the prices of iPhone are very high for what they offer, but they offer some simple Android interface pervert.
Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus screen quality
The Quad-HD display 5.1 inches from the Galaxy S6 edge is perhaps one of the best on the market.

The touch screen of the iPhone is slippery like butter and appreciable grip Mobile makes use of a very successful experience. For having the edge S6 in my possession for several days, I would not say that the grip is less significant, but different. It takes some time to adapt. Again, the screen of the latter was clearly bluffing, perhaps too precisely. But hey, it is well known that Samsung has the habit of eyeful with themes and much flashy contrasts.
Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus screen quality
Comparative test: Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs iPhone 6 plus

Regarding the S6 Edge+, the grip may be more significant, seeing that the screen surface is already wider. For example, the S6 Edge+ will override the limitation of five contacts to add more in the sidebar. Moreover, the interaction options with the contacts will also be improved. Short. All that to say that there is no reason why the Galaxy S6 Edge + screen is a failure, quite the contrary. The definition is higher, the amount of pixels per inch is more important for an almost identical screen size.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus software interface

Since its inception, Android has become large and mature, with a flat interface in the air. By adopting it, Samsung has not too denatured with its TouchWiz UI. That said, the amount of options - although it has been reduced - is still very important. At least, the user can not complain, saying he can not do that, since Samsung Galaxy "high end" is somewhat considered as the bible of functions, unlike the iPhone where Apple has almost everything locked. For me, the main defect of the iPhone is not being able to natively switch to USB mode to transfer data, you must definitely go through iTunes ...
Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus software interface
Visual comparison: Apple iOS 8.4 against 5.0 Lollipop Android (Samsung TouchWiz).
As for the versions of the systems, we deal with recent grinds on both products. On one side, we find an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop modified TouchWiz UI sauce, while there is an iPhone with iOS 6 Plus 8.4. That said, Apple limits its quantity alone devices and a year per line. Suddenly, he is much easier to update, and especially to determine which are or are not eligible (capable of running the latest version of its OS properly), unlike Android which the park is not just that to a manufacturer.

In the manner of some Customs ROM of Android, the interface of the iPhone 6 Plus natively has the ability to reshape it according to how you hold the camera (portrait or landscape). For now, the number of applications "really" compatible with this mode are limited, but the situation is quite pleasant. This was a little reminiscent of Paranoid Android, Custom ROM in question can enjoy a tablet mode, among others.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus: Performance

To see the data sheet, you should definitely tell you that the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is fifty times more powerful than the iPhone 6 Plus, and you have far from wrong. On paper, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is certainly more powerful, but the iPhone software optimization allows them to maintain high fluidity without really having to type in the components of the high-end. A way for Apple to save money? or else to favor other components it considers most important? Do not forget to recall that an iPhone costs between 150-200 euros to make and, even if we have to count all the labor behind it.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus: Performance
In the unconventional, we can place the raw power of the Exynos 7420 which is excellent.
For its part, the Galaxy S6 Edge + excels in fluidity and performance, with a last processor cry and surely too far ahead of time, like the Tegra X1 Nvidia (well they are the two best currently available on the market). Short. All this to say that the fluidity is an uplifting to another system (Android or iOS). Where the iPhone 6 Plus begins to bite, it is for graphics power where S6 Edge + will put him a monumental beating, but do we need 326 GFlops graphics chip Samsung this? Not for now, but you know and I know how fast technology evolves.

Apart from this, the performance of a product is not limited only its computing power, but expand to all internal components. On this aspect, the iPhone 6 Plus does not complain with good grip on mobile networks, as well as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS navigation, photo / video and calls. As for the Galaxy S6 Edge+, we have not yet had in hand, but his brother (S6 edge) also offers a good experience for all of these points. So, we want to believe it will be the same for the S6 Edge+ seems embark what is best in terms of components present, and without Snapdragon 810.

Edge Galaxy S6 vs. iPhone 6 + Plus Camera

During my sessions taken pictures and videos, I was clearly impressed by the Sony IMX240 sensor Galaxy S6 edge. At the same time, we are dealing with one of the best photos and videos sensors that can be found in the high end at present. In addition, it is important to remember that this sensor also has the best market opening (f / 1.8), which allows for photos and videos acceptable night.

With the iPhone 6 Plus, it's a bit the same slogan, but the results reflect a Galaxy S6 still above. Why talk about Galaxy S6, when it is the Galaxy S6 Edge+ here? This is explained by the fact that the Galaxy S6 / edge / Plus and Galaxy Note 5 have almost all the same Sony sensor in 2015. The only changes that may exist between them are at the level of software optimization which can be even better on the Galaxy S6 Edge +. Because the expertise of Samsung has been longer, logically better?

Although we have not really had time to test the depth, responsiveness when taking pictures and lavished quality seemed already to go. Of course, we will wait to receive the test mobile to tell you more. For now, it's a little boat, and you say that, but it gives you an idea.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs iPhone 6 Plus: Battery / autonomy

Autonomy, a crucial point for many users eyes. In this regard, the Galaxy S6 current edge takes a full day without flinching, but do not expect more. With superior screen size and a larger capacity battery (but not much), the battery life of Galaxy S6 Edge + should not be much more. I kinda feel like repeating myself, but the autonomy of this S6 Edge + should be a day not more.
Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs. iPhone 6 Plus: Battery / autonomy
We do not see much, but here's another visual Galaxy S6 Edge+

History repeats itself with the iPhone 6 Plus. After survey of some acquaintances and colleagues, all confirmed to me that the battery of the latter held the day, but not more classic / heavy use (sometimes a little less or a little more). This clearly depends on the use of each. It is sure that by disabling 36 options that consume, you can take several days ... but what if owning a smartphone for the curb? Might as well buy a Nokia 3310 in this case, right? On paper, the capacity is very close to its two batteries:

Galaxy S6 Edge + have a battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh
iPhone 6 Plus loads a battery with a capacity of 2915 mAh

Which of Samsung and Apple will have greater autonomy?

With less powerful components, Apple iOS 8.4 would have a higher consumption holding a mobile Android more powerful components? It remains to be seen, but this mini analysis can let us think. How do you explain that a Galaxy S6 has an autonomy similar to an iPhone 6 (including the components of the latter are less ahead of their time)? A question that probably lend a comparative study in future. I leave you to debate on it in the comments, but do not fight huh.

Galaxy S6 Edge+ vs iPhone 6 Plus: Conclusion - verdict

Again this year, Samsung and Apple will perhaps sow doubt in the minds of users. Users who seem increasingly take the lead screen sizes unconventional, but there are still many advocates more compact smartphones. Taking the position of a user who sees such great products, it expects necessarily conclusive autonomy, but do not you rock him too many illusions and wait for the first tests of experts and users. Tabler 3000 mAh for PHABLET seems to me very thin.

So it will be Samsung or Apple for you this year?
Besides that, I did not really negative reviews to issue vis-à-vis these mobile, except the price. This limit is abusive sell it to more than 800 euros. They have certainly premium devices, but users are not fooling and many are those who reorient toward more beneficial deals. I understand that the pioneers of the market have heavy loads, but that's not a reason to sell so expensive. The first prize of an iPhone 6 Plus up to 809 euros in 16GB, it should be the same with the Galaxy S6 Edge + , but with 32 GB of internal memory to 799 euros.
